TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ABOUT THESE TERMS
These terms apply to products and services ordered from Billy Button Campers. By placing an order, you confirm that the information and specifications you provide are accurate and that you agree to these terms.
PRODUCTS, SPECIFICATIONS AND SUITABILITY
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and finishes can vary slightly between screens, samples and manufacturing batches. Dimensions are approximate unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You are responsible for checking the vehicle model, year, wheelbase, measurements, compatibility and access before ordering. Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether a product will fit your vehicle or intended layout.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.
Shop orders must be paid using the payment options available at checkout. Bespoke work and campervan conversions may require a deposit, with the remaining balance payable under the written quotation or agreement provided for that project.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you to confirm specifications, delivery arrangements or availability.
If we cannot accept an order, any payment received for that order will be refunded.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Our products are manufactured or prepared to order. Production may begin once your order, payment and specifications have been confirmed.
Changes requested after production has started may not be possible and could result in additional costs or delays. Bespoke and personalised goods are subject to the cancellation limits explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Estimated lead times are provided in good faith but can vary for manufactured and bespoke products. Delivery and collection arrangements are explained in our Delivery Information Policy and any project-specific quotation.
FAULTS AND WARRANTIES
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Our campervan conversions include a 12-month workmanship warranty. Qualifying pop-top roofs include a three-year warranty, subject to the relevant written warranty terms and proper use, maintenance and inspection.
LIABILITY
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate measurements, vehicle information or specifications supplied by the customer, or for installation undertaken by somebody outside Billy Button Campers.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights that apply where they live.
